2025-2026 CEP Goals

 

By June 2026, 80% of students continuously enrolled in Kindergarten through fifth grade will demonstrate a score of 70% or above as measured by appropriate literacy programs utilizing both digital/paper-based assessments.    

 

By June 2026, 90% of continuously enrolled K–8 students receiving IEP-driven instruction will show an increase of 45 points on quarterly IXL Diagnostic, progressing from ‘below’ grade level to ‘approaching’ or ‘at grade level Curriculum-based assessments.   

 

By June 2026, 95% of students continuously enrolled in grades K through 12 in IEP-driven units will have their IEP due dates and progress monitoring fully aligned and in compliance with school and district mandates   

 

By June 2026, P23Q will reverse the consecutive years of downward trending school-wide attendance and stabilize the annual student attendance rate at 80% or higher.   

 

By June 2026, 100% of graduating seniors from P23Q’s IEP driven programs will be referred to and/or connected with a post-secondary program, school, or organization.   

 

By June 2026, 90% of continuously enrolled High School students (9th through 12th grade in IEP-driven programs) will be programmed for Vocational and/or Life Skills courses resulting in CDOS credits, leading to an eventual CDOS endorsement on their High School transcript.   

 

By June 2026, 75% of continuously enrolled K–8 students with disabilities in IEP-driven units will improve by one writing level, as measured by school-wide rubrics and MAP Growth scores, and demonstrate improved behavior through PBIS levels 2 and above and fewer OORS incidents   

 

By June 2026, 90% of non-agency P23Q parents will attend at least one parent engagement event as evidenced by attendance logs and an increase to 90% in the parent response rate on the NYC School Survey specifically targeting parent involvement in school   (baseline 88%).
